Privacy, license, and copyright.
This text is a working draft, not a final legal document. Before selling or publishing a download, it must be reviewed by someone with legal expertise. The site does not promise “100% legal” or “copyright-free.”
Privacy
The site has no backend, requires no account, and does not upload audio. The demo uses synthetic data, and the metronome is generated in the browser. If analytics are added in W2, they will be privacy-friendly and opt-in; no third-party cookies are used in W0.
GPL / Chordino
Chord detection uses Chordino/chord-extractor, which is GPL. It is a legal blocker under review. The possible paths are to separate it as a GPL process, replace it with a permissive model, or publish that part under the GPL. Until it is resolved, no version that includes it will be sold.
Audio copyright
The user is responsible for the audio they process. The app is local: it does not host, redistribute, or share derivative work. The site does not publish audio from test songs or third parties.
License of use (EULA)
Pending final drafting: license scope, activations, updates, limitation of liability, and governing law. It will be published before the first sale.

publish an address that cannot receive messages yet.
